The rental price season varies depending on the total rental period, with a more favorable price for longer rental periods. The rental price listed is valid for a period of 4-6 months.
The 2-bedroom apartment is approximately 72 m² and features a balcony, a living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped open kitchen, a double bedroom, a second bedroom with bunk beds, a bathroom with shower and sink, a separate guest toilet and a laundry room with washer/dryer.
All apartments feature high-speed Wi-Fi, a 50-inch smart TV in the living room and master bedroom, and most apartments also have a balcony.
Several hospitality services are also offered, including a fitness studio, a co-working space (for an additional fee), parking, bike rentals, a concierge service and a weekly cleaning and linen service (mandatory).
Rent includes gas, water, electricity, internet and broadband TV, and also offers membership to the fitness studio (currently under construction).
Additional services, such as extra cleaning and parking, are available at an additional cost. Please note that the apartments are not currently accessible to wheelchairs and strollers.
