The rent is seasonal and can therefore change. The Plesman Residences are located between the center of The Hague and Scheveningen beach, on the spot where the KLM headquarters used to be: a National Monument. The building has now been transformed into a beautiful residence. As a resident, you will experience the fine way of life, with high-quality services, stylish interiors and comfort and convenience. The Plesman Residences are easily accessible by car and public transportation, connecting you to the beach, the city center, The Hague International Zone and the highways to Amsterdam/Rotterdam. In addition, green parks, shopping streets and various amenities are within walking distance. The homes themselves are luxuriously and comfortably furnished with modern bathrooms and fully equipped kitchens. You'll have a great stay here with high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, balconies (in most apartments), laundry facilities and amenities such as a gym (expected completion in late 2023), office space (expected completion in late 2023) and parking spaces (at an additional cost). There is also a concierge service, weekly cleaning and linen service (mandatory at extra cost) and everything is also wheelchair accessible. Included in the price are heating, water, electricity and internet, as well as gym membership (expected completion fall/end of 2023). Facilities such as weekly cleaning and linen change, extra cleaning, parking spaces and membership to office space are available at extra cost. There is also a restaurant and caterer at the building (not yet completed).
