Within walking distance to the greenery of 'Westbroekpark', 'Sint Hubertuspark' and 'Scheveningse Bosjes'. Shopping streets 'Bankastraat' and 'Stevinstraat' are also nearby.

- All one-bedroom apartments and apartment type E have bunk beds in the living room
- Fast Wi-Fi and 50-inch smart TVs in the living room and master bedroom with a wide range of channels
