Located within walking distance of the greenery of 'Westbroekpark', 'Sint Hubertuspark' and 'Scheveningse Bosjes'. Shopping streets 'Bankastraat' and 'Stevinstraat' are also nearby.

- Fully equipped open kitchen, including combi-oven/microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge, freezer and Nespresso coffee machine
- All one-bedroom apartments and apartment type E have bunk beds in the living room
- Fast Wi-Fi and 50-inch smart TVs in the living room and bedroom with a wide range of channels
- The majority of apartments have balconies
- Laundry room with washer and dryer
