THE APARTMENTS
Ridderhof will have two small-scale residential buildings, each with 22 beautiful apartments for private rental. These apartments range in size from 67 m² to 81 m² and differ in layout. Each apartment will have a private outdoor space, a full kitchen with built-in appliances and a bathroom that includes a wide sink and walk-in shower. The walls will be painted white and the apartments are energy efficient with preliminary Energy Label A++.

Expected completion of the apartments is summer 2024. Start rental first quarter 2024. Minimum rental period is 1 year. Rents start from €1,150 per month for a 2-bedroom apartment and from €1,250 per month for a 3-bedroom apartment.

PARKING/STORAGE
Parking is available around the residential buildings and the apartments have individual storage rooms. There will also be communal bicycle storage, including parking spaces for mobility scooters.

ENVIRONMENT
In Ridderhof you live centrally in Wassenaar and can enjoy everything Wassenaar has to offer every day. The historic center for daily shopping or a delicious cup of coffee. Besides performances, the 'Warenar Theater' regularly organizes art lectures and jazz afternoons.
