Attractive 2- and 3-room rental apartments for people aged 55 and older, located on Ridderlaan/Poortlaan, near Wassenaar's village center.

The apartments in Ridderhof consist of two small-scale residential buildings with an elevator, each with 22 beautiful apartments for the free rental sector. The two- and three-room apartments range in size from 67 m² to 81 m² and have different layouts. Each apartment has a private outdoor space and is equipped with floor heating, a complete kitchen with built-in appliances and a bathroom including a wide sink and walk-in shower. The walls are painted white and you don't have to worry about energy consumption, security or maintenance. These ground floor apartments are energy efficient with a provisional energy label A++.

The estimated completion date is summer 2024. Leasing begins in the 1st quarter of 2024. The minimum rental period is 1 year. Rents in Ridderhof start from approximately €1,150 per month for a 2-bedroom (1 bedroom) apartment and €1,250 per month for a 3-bedroom (2 bedroom) apartment.

Parking spaces will be available around the residential buildings, and the apartments will have individual storage units. There will also be communal bicycle storage, including space for mobility scooters.

In Ridderhof, you will live centrally in Wassenaar and can enjoy everything Wassenaar has to offer on a daily basis. The historic center is perfect for daily shopping or a nice cup of coffee. Theater Warenar not only offers performances, but also regular art lectures and jazz afternoons.

If you are familiar with the area, you will no doubt know about the fantastic hiking, cycling and golfing opportunities in the dune landscape of Meijendel. If you prefer to be more active, perhaps start your day with a few laps in the nearby Sterrenbad swimming pool or a game of tennis at De Kieviten.
