Registration for apartments in Ridderhof is now possible until February 29 at 12:00 noon. In Ridderhof are attractive rental apartments for people aged 55 and older, located on Ridderlaan/Poortlaan, near the village center of Wassenaar.

The apartments are spread over two small-scale residential buildings with an elevator, each with 22 beautiful apartments for free rental. The two- and three-room apartments range in size from 67 m² to 81 m² and differ in layout. Each apartment has its own outdoor space, under-floor heating, a complete kitchen with built-in appliances and a bathroom including a wide sink and walk-in shower. The energy-efficient ground-floor apartments have a provisional energy label A++.

The estimated completion date is summer 2024 and rental starts in the 1st quarter of 2024. The minimum rental period is 1 year. Rents start at approximately €1,150 per month for a two-bedroom apartment and €1,250 per month for a three-bedroom apartment.

Parking spaces around the buildings and individual storage rooms will be available, as well as a communal bike shed with space for mobility scooters.

In the vicinity of Ridderhof, you can live centrally in Wassenaar and enjoy daily amenities such as stores and restaurants. For relaxation, there are plenty of walking, cycling and golfing opportunities in the dunes of Meijendel or you can swim and play tennis nearby.
