Ridderhof offers attractive 2- and 3-room rental apartments for people aged 55 and older, located on Ridderlaan/Poortlaan, close to Wassenaar's village center.

The apartments in Ridderhof consist of two small-scale residential buildings with elevator, each with 22 beautiful freehold apartments. The two- and three-bedroom apartments range in size from 67 m² to 81 m² and differ in layout. Each apartment will have a private outdoor space and are equipped with underfloor heating, a complete kitchen with built-in appliances and a bathroom including a wide sink and walk-in shower. The walls will be painted white and you won't have to worry about energy consumption, security or maintenance. These ground floor apartments are energy efficient with a provisional energy label A++.

The estimated completion date for the apartments is summer 2024. Rental starts in the 1st quarter of 2024. The minimum rental period is 1 year. Apartment rents start from approximately €1,150 per month for a 2-bedroom apartment (1 bedroom) and €1,250 per month for a 3-bedroom apartment (2 bedrooms).

Parking spaces are available around the residential buildings and the apartments have individual storage rooms. There is also a communal bicycle shed including space for mobility scooters.
