The apartments in new construction project Elements in Haarlem are available immediately. The project is located 10 minutes cycling distance from the center of Haarlem and close to roads to Amsterdam and Rotterdam. There are a total of 190 free sector apartments for rent, with 2, 3 or 4 rooms and living areas ranging from 49 to 121 m².

Cars can be parked in the parking garage with 79 parking spaces for tenants. There is also parking for 52 cars in the parking garage of Building America.

Elements is located on the site of the former Fluor factory in Haarlem. The project consists of both owner-occupied and rental apartments. The rental apartments are located in new buildings in a park-like setting.

There is much variation in the rental apartments of Elements, both in area (49 to 121 m²) and layout as well as location. The apartments are located in the America and Suriname buildings.

America consists of three blocks with 118 apartments and 31 maisonettes. Suriname consists of 41 bright apartments with partially wooden facades.

The rental apartments of Elements are energy-efficient, gas-free and equipped with a heat pump, underfloor heating and individual thermal storage. In addition, much attention has been paid to greenery and drainage in the area.

Elements is located near Schalkwijk shopping center, which is currently being renovated. There are also various amenities such as a cinema and fast bus service to Amsterdam. The historic center of Haarlem is just ten minutes by bike.

Rents for the apartments range from €1600 to €2050 per month, excluding service charges and parking. There are 131 parking spaces available for the 190 rental apartments.

Currently there is a special rent discount for the first year, with a discount of 1 ½ months rent spread over 12 months. After the first year, you will pay the regular rent.
