How to proceed if you want to rent:

Deliver to our office:
1. Copy of passport
2. Designation of your income
3. Fully completed and signed letter of intent (as attached in our brochure)

We will contact the owner and discuss your request. If the owner agrees, we will prepare a lease agreement (Model Real Estate Council). We will email you a draft and schedule an appointment to sign the contract and also an appointment to inspect your new home. We will inspect the place with you and if everything is in order, you will receive the key.
