Welcome to Walterbosch in Apeldoorn, a unique residential and living community with 98 independent rental apartments. Here you can live comfortably and enjoy affordability, safety and coziness. Care and services are available when you need them. The apartment building is located in the green Sprengenbos neighborhood, close to downtown. You live here independently, yet together. The large communal courtyard and various meeting areas offer plenty of opportunities for contact, conviviality and activities. Part of Walterbosch is specifically intended for assisted living. These homes are occupied by Philadelphia clients and have their own common living room.

This apartment, located on the second floor on the west side, welcomes you through your own front door into a hallway that provides access to the living room and semi-open kitchen. Adjacent to the kitchen is a practical storage/utility room. From the kitchen you have a view of the living room with open bedroom. The living room provides access to the bathroom. The balcony is accessible from the bedroom. Note: the photos show a similar apartment.

In addition to the rent, you will pay a monthly advance service charge of €118.00 per month. These costs are for additional services in and around the building, such as electricity and heating consumption in common areas, water consumption (both communal and individual), cleaning of common areas, glass cleaning, glass insurance (for facade glass), elevator maintenance, garden maintenance and janitor. There will be an annual settlement before July 1 in which the difference between the advances paid and the actual costs will be settled.

The heating of Walterbosch is provided by block heating. In addition to the rent, you pay a monthly advance on heating costs of €105.00. Each year you will also receive a statement for your gas consumption.

This apartment is allocated according to the rules of "Appropriate Allocation". To qualify, your income for a single-person household must be a maximum of €47,699 and for multi-person households a maximum of €52,671. If your income is higher, you can still apply for this apartment, as there are some exceptions that allow allocation. However, applicants with an appropriate income have priority in the allocation process. This apartment is only available for people over 55.
