The rooms at Waldorpstraat 47 are furnished and rented to international students. You have your own bedroom but share kitchen and/or bathroom facilities with roommates. The rooms are spacious and well insulated, so you won't experience any nuisance from passing trains. There are many rooms in the tower that can only get their outside air in through a window or door to an enclosed balcony. On this balcony, a window can then be opened again from the common room or another room. So only indirect circulation of outside air. However, there is a ventilation system in these rooms which can be operated individually. Each tower has two elevators and a stairwell. You can park your bike in one of the bike sheds on the ground or second floor. There is also a laundry room on the second floor. Within five minutes you are in the lecture hall of De Haagse Hogeschool or the Mondriaan College, and The Hague HS Station is also just around the corner. For shopping you don't have to go far either, as the Megastores are just a stone's throw away.
