The common areas include kitchen, laundry room, 2 toilets, 2 showers, driveway, garden, and spacious yard with 2 dogs and a cat. But more new pets are not allowed.

There is ample space for parking your bike. And parking possibility on the coves of the public road.

The local stores are a 2-minute walk (nearby around the corner 130 meters)
Public transportation at 2 minutes walk (190 meters).
The town center and train station are both at a distance of ± 2.3 km. from your residence.
To the center of Maastricht by car takes half an hour, by public transport ± 1 hour.
