We have 2 student rooms available for University of Twente students. The rooms are located on the market square of Hengelo, just 300 meters from the train/bus station. The house consists of two floors above a deli and has a total of six rooms. The residents share a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet, an extra toilet, a living room and kitchen, as well as a generous roof terrace of 65 m². The rent does not include €75 service charges for gas, water, electricity and TV/internet. Potential tenants must be studying at Saxion Hogeschool or University of Twente. The rental is possible for a fixed period until August 31, 2025.
