THE PROPERTY:

The living room has a sitting and dining area with stairs cupboard and an attached semi-open kitchen, equipped with a fridge freezer, gas hob, oven and plenty of storage space.

The fixed staircase in the hall takes you to the 2nd floor, where there are 2 bedrooms and a 2nd bathroom. The bedrooms are all spacious and from one of the upstairs bedrooms you can access the balcony and have access to a storage room. The balcony is also located at the rear of the house overlooking the inner lake.

On the outside of the house you will see at the front a large driveway with the possibility of parking 4 cars on site and a shed for storing garden furniture and bicycles, among other things. The semi-detached house is located on Parc Emslandermeer, at De Vennen 7 in Vlagtwedde, in one of the most beautiful areas of Groningen, called Westerwolde. The vacation park is characterized by a combination of forest and water, offering entertainment, tranquility and space for young and old. Young families, hikers and bon vivants can enjoy the park and its immediate surroundings. The property is certainly unique due to its location on the inland lake with its own jetty.

Parc Emslandermeer features a subtropical swimming pool. The pool has a 25-meter competition, toddler, baby, whirlpool and rapids with slide. In the pool you will also find the sauna complex which you can use for a fee.

At restaurant Roegh you can enjoy a snack and drink and from the terrace there is a beautiful view over the golf course of GC Westerwolde. At the park there are several playgrounds for children and there is a boules court. In short, there is plenty of entertainment at the park, but certainly also in the area.

Vlagtwedde has everything one needs at hand: there are two supermarkets, several smaller stores and cozy eateries. The area of Westerwolde is ideally suited for tourism.
