All homes have a sunny living room with an open kitchen equipped with high-gloss white kitchen appliances. Furthermore, all homes have a fully tiled bathroom with walk-in shower and a storage room for e.g. bikes and suitcases. To qualify for a home, we use income guidelines, whereby the gross monthly salary (including vacation pay and 13th month) as a single earner must be 4 times the listed rent.
