The apartments are located in the international zone of The Hague, near various international organizations, embassies and schools such as the International School of The Hague and the European School. There are also several parks nearby, such as the Westbroekpark, Hubertuspark and the Scheveningse Bosjes. The beach and the center of The Hague are also easily accessible. The apartments have a nice living room with terrace/balcony, a modern kitchen with Siemens built-in appliances, 2 or 3 spacious bedrooms, 1 or 2 luxury bathrooms, a guest toilet and a storage room with connection for a washing machine and dryer. The building and apartments are finished to a high standard including oak floors, underfloor heating and a videophone system. The building has a spacious entrance with reception area and parking spaces are available on site, including charging points for electric cars. There are also private storage rooms in the basement and a communal bicycle shed. The minimum rental period is 1 year and a deposit applies. The service costs are €230 per month. Costs for heating, water, electricity, TV and internet are at the tenant's expense. It is possible to rent the apartments unfurnished or furnished at an additional cost.
