Three apartments are on the first floor and have a shared kitchen, separate toilets for guests, a common room and a private garden or roof terrace. Apartment number 3 has its own entrance, living room, bedroom and private bathroom. All apartments are wheelchair accessible and there is parking in front of the door and a shared bicycle storage room.
