Room Rotterdam

As of June, I am Timo (21 years old and a student at the Hoge school Rotterdam) looking for a roommate.

It's an apartment where you have a bedroom of 3.38 x 2.90 m (fits a double bed, closet and desk). You will share the rest of the house only with me. In the kitchen there is a microwave, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator and gas hob. There is a bathroom with shower and sink but the toilet is separate. There is also a washer/dryer that you can use. It has a lovely south-facing balcony. There is also a storage room for your bike.

The apartment is around the corner from Basic-Fit. Within half an hour you are at the University, Hogeschool Rotterdam or the Center. The neighborhood is a quiet area but you are also so close to the fun. The neighborhood is Groot IJsselmonde.

The rent is 650 euros pm excluding advance Energy (at this moment it is 38.50 euros pm). Deposit is 650 euros. It is until the academic year 2025/2026.
