This room is fully upholstered and furnished. You only need to bring your personal belongings.even bedding has been thought of.you can find more information about the basic furnishing of the room here. You will share the bathroom and toilets with your roommates.cooking is done in the communal kitchen, where there is a (shared) fridge and stove. There is a box of kitchen utensils ready for you or the kitchen is furnished upon arrival. There is also a laundry room in or near the complex or a washing machine in your apartment, where you can do your laundry (for a fee). There is wifi in your room. The login information is listed on the router. Enter these on your device and you are online! Please note, see conditions below:- the rental period is fixed-term (temporary rental) for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 12 months (see deadline at availability). Do you want to end the contract earlier? If you have already signed your contract or your contract has already started, you can no longer cancel.- Viewing is not possible.In a quiet location, within cycling distance of the TU Delft, Huize Monica is located in the Arubastraat.This used to be a nursing home, but DUWO has converted it into modern housing for students. The building has six floors. There are non-self-contained rooms, where you share kitchen and bathroom with 1 or 2 other students. There are also studios with a kitchen, shower and toilet. Do you like to socialize? On the first floor is a large common room where you can meet up with fellow students and there is a cozy garden where you can study or relax when the weather is nice. In the basement is a laundry room with washing machines and dryers. You can easily reach the general bicycle storage through the front of the building. You can reach the TU and the center of Delft by bike in 10 minutes. About 5 minutes by bike is the small shopping center Bomenwijk including a supermarket. Public transportation is nearby.
