Never transfer money before you:
(a) have seen the house or room,
(b) have a signed contract and
(c) received the key.
Any kind of prior request for money is a possible scam. Also ask for an ID/passport from the landlord to be sure of your business! If you have the idea that a landlord does not adhere to this, please contact us directly! Then we can take action.
