The kitchens come fully equipped with all necessary appliances, such as a dishwasher, large refrigerator, freezer, electric cooker, extractor hood, microwave/oven combination, and sink. Each bedroom provides a comfortable, private space for relaxation or study, while the communal living room is perfect for social gatherings and shared meals. Additionally, the apartment boasts a spacious 80 m² garden and three balconies measuring 6, 11, and 7 m² respective
The apartment has recently undergone extensive renovations.
