The kitchens are fully equipped with all necessary appliances, such as a dishwasher, large refrigerator, freezer, electric stove, range hood, microwave/oven combination, and sink. Each bedroom offers a comfortable, private space for relaxation or studying, while the communal living room is perfect for social gatherings and shared meals. Additionally, the apartment features a spacious 80 m² garden and three balconies measuring 6, 11, and 7 m² respectively.
The apartment has recently undergone extensive renovations. Improvements include one entirely new kitchen and one refurbished kitchen, both featuring brand-new appliances; a new bathroom in the basement; a renovated bathroom on the first floor; new flooring throughout; and freshly painted walls.
