Tellegenstraat 2 is looking for 2 new roommates (female, 21+, indefinite term)**

Hi there! 👋🏼😊

We’re looking for 2 new roommates starting August 1 and mid-August (to be arranged!)

You’ll be living with three others (two girls)—four in total—who are further along in their studies or about to start a master’s program. We’re active in various clubs (TKB and GCHC), and we enjoy eating together, having a drink, or doing something spontaneous.

We’re looking for someone who also wants a fun and friendly home: someone who’s open to doing things together, but also has their own interests.

The house is located in the Korrewegwijk neighborhood, so it’s super central:

• 2-minute walk to the Appie

• 5-minute bike ride to downtown

• 15 min to the train station

• 10 min to Zernike

Room 1 (the empty room in the photos) is approximately 18 m², and the rent will be around €600, but this is subject to change!

The second room (the furnished room in the photos) is 13 m², and the rent is €590 per month (+ service charges of €100). This may change slightly. You’ll need to take the curtains and roller blinds, and the white table will remain.

The house has two kitchens; the downstairs kitchen (which includes a dishwasher) was recently completely renovated (you’ll share the downstairs kitchen with one roommate), and there’s a bathroom, washing machine, and toilet that the four of you will share. We also have a balcony! ☀️

The open house is on *Thursday evening, July 16*.
