Dear girls looking for a room (19+), sorry, no international students :)
We’re looking for 2(!!) new roommates to join us in our house for a limited time (sublease).
We live in a great location (Badstratenbuurt), just a 3-minute bike ride from the fish market, a 5–10-minute walk to the train station, and a 15-minute bike ride to Zernike.

The first room becoming available is on the front side of the house on the first floor. This is a sublet for the period from September 7 to mid-January (exact dates to be discussed). The room will be furnished and measures approximately 22 m². The rent is €450, including utilities, Wi-Fi, and use of our washing machine.

The second room becoming available is also at the front of the house on the top floor and is approximately 20 m². This room will cost €405 (all-inclusive), plus an additional €11 or so for the washing machine and internet. The room will also be available around September 7 through mid-January (exact dates to be discussed), and you’ll share the bathroom, toilet, and kitchen with three other roommates. This room is furnished too!!

We don’t have a common room, but everyone has a large room, so we just hang out together. And we have a big balcony and garden!!
There are six of us girls (including you), aged 19 to 23, who are at different stages of our studies. We have a house night on Tuesdays, but we also often eat together outside of that, go out for a coffee, or work out together. Our doors are basically always open, but everyone also enjoys doing their own thing. We’re also members of various clubs (Aegir, GCHC, Dizkartes, and study associations), and we’d love it if you got a little involved too 🙂
