Apartment with three student rooms and a spacious living room!

Starting August 1, 2026, three student rooms will be available at Resedastraat 9 in Groningen. Ideal for a group of friends who want to live together!

Location:
The rooms are located in the Bloembuurt neighborhood in Groningen. There’s a Jumbo supermarket nearby for your daily groceries. The center of Groningen, with all its major amenities, is about a 10-minute bike ride away.

Layout:
Upon entering, you’ll find yourself in the hallway, which provides access to all the rooms and the common areas. The apartment features a spacious shared living room, a kitchen with access to the balcony, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, range hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, and combination oven. There is also a large storage shed.

Rent and Security Deposit:
The rent for Room 1 is €560 per month, excluding service charges. (photos 12–13)
The rent for Room 2 is €529 per month, excluding service charges. (photos 14–15)
The rent for Room 3 is €590 per month, excluding utility fees. (photos 16–17)
The security deposit is one month’s rent.
Please note: It is not possible to apply for rental assistance for these rooms. Tenants are responsible for setting up their own contracts for the other utilities.

Availability and lease term:
The rooms will be available as of August 1, 2026. The lease agreement is entered into for an indefinite term.
