A room will become available at Eyssoniusplein 4 in Groningen as of August 1, 2026.
Please note: the room is available on a temporary basis from August 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027.

Location:
The Korrewegwijk is a lively neighborhood, close to the Noorderplantsoen. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find a Jumbo supermarket for your daily groceries, among other things. Additionally, the city center is just a 5-minute bike ride away, making shops, cafés, and restaurants easily accessible.

Layout:
Upon entering, you’ll find yourself in the shared entryway, which leads to the shared living room. There is also a separate restroom in the entryway. The spacious backyard is accessible from the living room. The kitchen is equipped with an exhaust hood, induction cooktop, combination oven, and refrigerator. The bedroom, with an area of 13.48 m², is located on the ground floor. The bathroom is on the first floor. The common areas are shared with two roommates.

Rent and Security Deposit:
The rent for the room is €647.00 (excluding utilities). The tenant is responsible for setting up contracts for the other utilities.

The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent.

Availability and lease term:
