A student room will become available at Celebesstraat 5 in Groningen as of July 1, 2026.

Location:
The room is located in the Oost-Indische Buurt neighborhood. Floresplein is within walking distance and features an Albert Heijn supermarket, among other amenities. The center of Groningen is about a ten-minute bike ride away.

Layout:
Upon entering, you’ll find yourself in the entryway, which provides access to the shared facilities, including the kitchen, toilet, and bathroom. The common areas are currently shared with two male roommates. The available room is on the first floor, at the front of the building. Finally, the property features a spacious backyard.

Rent and Security Deposit:
The rent for the room is €675 per month, excluding utilities. The tenant is responsible for setting up contracts for the other utilities.
The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent.

Availability and lease term:
The room is available as of July 1, 2026. The lease agreement is for an indefinite term.
