The room is located in the Oost-Indische Buurt neighborhood. Floresplein, home to an Albert Heijn supermarket among other shops, is within walking distance. The center of Groningen is about a ten-minute bike ride away.

Layout:
The hallway provides access to all the rooms and the various common areas. The spacious living room with an open kitchen, bathroom, and toilet are shared with four male roommates. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and sink, and the toilet is located in the hallway. The room has an area of approximately 15 m². There is also a shared balcony and a spacious rooftop terrace.

Rent and security deposit:
The rent is €655 per month, including an advance payment of €80 for water, gas, and electricity. The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent.

Availability and lease term:
The room is available immediately. The lease is for an indefinite term.
