Spacious shared house with five student rooms and a common living room.

Five student rooms are available immediately at Molukkenstraat 90 in Groningen.

Location:
The rooms are located in the Oost-Indische Buurt neighborhood in Groningen. There’s an Albert Heijn supermarket nearby for your daily groceries. The center of Groningen, with all its major amenities, is just a 10-minute bike ride away.

Layout:
The rooms are located on the second and third floors of the building. Upon entering, you’ll find yourself in the hallway with a staircase leading to the first floor. On this floor are the spacious shared living room, the balcony, the restroom, and the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, range hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, and combination oven. On the second floor are Room 1, Room 2, and Room 3. The bathroom, which features a shower and sink, is also located on this floor. Room 4 and Room 5 are located on the third floor.

Rent and Security Deposit:
The rent for Room 1 is €723 per month, including a €65 advance payment for gas, water, and electricity. (Photos 2–3)
The rent for Room 2 is €717 per month, including a €65 advance payment for gas, water, and electricity. (Photos 4–5)
The rent for Room 3 is €717 per month, including a €65 advance payment for gas, water, and electricity. (Photos 6–7)
The rent for Room 4 is €751 per month, including a €65 advance payment for gas, water, and electricity. (Photos 8–9)
The rent for Room 5 is €745 per month, including a €65 advance payment for gas, water, and electricity. (Photos 10–11)
The security deposit is one month’s rent.

Availability and Lease Term:
The rooms are available immediately. The lease agreement is for an indefinite term.
