Dear prospective roommate,
In our cozy house on Tuinbouwstraat, a 15m2 room with its own sink will be available starting in early August for approximately 473 euros per month, including gas, water, and electricity. You’ll share the kitchen, toilet, and shower with four others.
Our house is located in the Noorderplantsoen neighborhood—as the name suggests, with the Noorderplantsoen park right in our backyard, so it’s ideal! Plus, it’s about a 5-minute bike ride to the fish market and just under 10 minutes to Zernike.
We’re a mixed house of seven, including you, ranging in age from 20 to 25. We’re all at different stages of our studies, from halfway through our programs to the end of our bachelor’s or master’s degrees. We’re a close-knit group who regularly drop in on each other, eat together, and occasionally go out for fun. We’re always open to fun ideas for house activities!
Our house also has a spacious rooftop terrace that serves as our common room during the spring and summer months. Since we don’t have a common room inside the house, we gather in our rooms during the colder months for drinks and games.
We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic housemate who’d enjoy living in an active house where we’re involved in each other’s lives, but where nothing is mandatory (except the cleaning schedule) and you also have the freedom to do your own thing.
