Roommate Wanted!

Huize Freek is looking for a new roommate (age 21+). The room is available starting August 1 (earlier by arrangement!).

The room is about 15m2, and you’ll have your own kitchen! You’ll share the toilet and bathroom with four others. There’s also a shared balcony facing the street. It gets sun all day long, so starting in the spring, you can enjoy sitting out there!!

We’re a fun-loving group and enjoy doing things together, like eating meals, grabbing a drink in town, and having coffee on the balcony. We have a house night on Wednesdays, but this isn’t a “must.” We’re looking for a friendly person who’ll fit right in with us, preferably someone finishing their studies, in a master’s program, or just starting their career, since we’re all in that same phase.

We live on Hoendiep. The train station and city center are about a 5-minute bike ride away, Westerhaven is a 5-minute walk, and Zernike is a 15-minute walk.

The rent is €460 per month (including gas, water, and electricity). We have a washing machine and dryer, and a cleaner comes by once a week to clean the common areas.
