Hi everyone! We're looking for a new roommate to join our house starting from August 1st for long-term (at least 1 year). The house is fully furnished and shared with 3 other roommates.

The room:
* 10 m² (fully furnished)
* €560/month
* Utilities: approximately €80/month
* Deposit: €600
* Shared household items: €60 (one-time payment)
* Registration is possible.
* The house is located close to Zernike, supermarkets and just 7 minutes from the city centre

We're looking for someone who is:
* 26+
* Non-smoker
* Clean, organized, respectful, but also friendly and easy-going.
