Looking for a Roommate!

Hi there! Starting August 17, a room will be available in our house! The room is available for an indefinite period, with a minimum lease of 6 months. We’re looking for a Dutch-speaking female student.

We live in a great location. The Albert Heijn is just around the corner, and the Lidl, Action, Jumbo, Aldi, and Kruidvat are all nice and close by. It’s about a 15-minute bike ride to Zernike, and you can be at the Grote Markt in just 10 minutes. The train station is also about a 15-minute bike ride away.

There are three of us living here (including you). Together, we share the kitchen, the bathroom, and our lovely sunny balcony. We don’t have a set “house night.” However, we always enjoy running into each other in the kitchen for a quick chat. Of course, we do have a cleaning schedule to keep the house tidy.

The apartment consists of a living room (15.5 m²), a bedroom (7 m²), and a private bathroom (2.5 m²) with a shower. There’s also a sink in the bedroom. The rent is €730.00 per month, excluding utilities. On top of that, you’ll need to pay for gas, water, electricity, internet, and use of the dryer.
