As of August 1, 2026, two nice student rooms will become available at Siriusstraat 51 in Groningen.

Location:
This student apartment is located in the Paddenpoel-Noord neighborhood, near the shopping center with various amenities such as an Albert Heijn, HEMA, and Basic-Fit. Additionally, the Zernike Campus is easily accessible by bike or public transportation.

Layout:
Upon entering, you’ll find yourself in the entryway, which leads to the shared living room measuring 15.42 m². The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bathroom is located on the first floor and features a shower and a sink with a matching cabinet. Room 1 (photos 2 and 3) measures 13.82 m² and is located on the ground floor. Room 2+2A (photos 4 and 5) has a total area of 12 m² (6.5 m² + 5.5 m²). Finally, the property features both a front and back yard, including a storage shed.

Rent and Security Deposit:
The rent for Room 1 is €710 per month, including a €75 advance payment for gas, water, electricity, and internet.
