The room is located on the first floor at the rear of the building and has an area of approximately 9 m². The bathroom is on the first floor and is equipped with a sink, a toilet, and a shower. The shared kitchen is spacious and equipped with all necessary amenities, such as a refrigerator, a combination oven-microwave, and a 4-burner gas stove. You will share the common areas with 3 male roommates and 2 female roommates.

Rent and security deposit:
The rent is €550 per month, including a €75 advance payment for gas, water, electricity, internet, and TV. The security deposit is one month’s rent.
Please note: room rentals are not eligible for rental assistance.

Availability and lease term:
The room is available as of July 1, 2026. The lease agreement is for an indefinite term.
