Location:
The rooms are located in the Paddepoel district. The house is within walking and biking distance of shopping center Paddepoel and the Zernike Campus. In addition, the center of Groningen is just 10 minutes by bike.

Upon entering the house you enter the hall, which provides access to the living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with various appliances, including a gas stove, fridge, extractor and dishwasher. From the kitchen you have access to the backyard, where there is also a storage room of approximately 8 m². There is also a separate toilet on the first floor.
