Two student rooms will become available immediately and as of July 1, 2026, at Briljantstraat 235 in Groningen.

Location:
The property is located in Vinkhuizen-Noord and is still close to various amenities. There are several dining options in the immediate vicinity. For daily groceries, there is an Aldi, Lidl, and Albert Heijn supermarket within walking distance. The city center is just a few minutes away by bike, ideal for those who enjoy shopping or going out. Additionally, Hanze University and the University of Groningen are easily accessible by bike or bus.

Layout and amenities:
Rooms 4 & 5 are both located on the first floor at the rear of the building. Room 4 has an area of approximately 16.02 m² and Room 5 of approximately 9.43 m². The bathroom is located on the first floor and is shared with five roommates. The shared kitchen is spacious and equipped with all necessary amenities, such as a dishwasher, refrigerator, combination oven-microwave, and induction cooktop.

Rent and security deposit:
The rent for Room 4 (photos 2 through 5) is €625, including a €75 advance payment for gas, water, and electricity.
The rent for Room 5 (photos 6 through 8) is €550, including a €75 advance payment for gas, water, and electricity. The security deposit is one month’s rent. Please note: it is not possible to apply for housing allowance for room rentals.

Availability and lease term:
Room 4 is available immediately.
Room 5 is available as of July 1, 2026. The lease agreement is entered into for an indefinite period.
