Three student rooms are available immediately at Briljantstraat 3 in Groningen. Ideal for a group of friends who want to live together!

Location:
The property is located in Vinkhuizen-Noord and is close to various amenities. There are several dining options in the immediate vicinity. For daily groceries, there’s an Aldi, Lidl, and Albert Heijn supermarket within walking distance. The city center is just a few minutes away by bike, perfect for those who love shopping or going out. Additionally, Hanze University and the University of Groningen are easily accessible by bike or bus.

Layout:
The rooms are located on the ground floor and first floor of the building. On the ground floor is the shared kitchen, which also provides access to the spacious backyard. On the first floor is the bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. All common areas are shared with a total of five roommates.

Rent and Security Deposit:
The rent for Room 1 is €690 per month, including a €70 advance payment for gas, water, electricity, and internet. (photos 2–3)
The rent for Room 3 is €670 per month, including a €70 advance payment for gas, water, electricity, and internet. (photo 4)
The rent for Room 4 is €695 per month, including a €70 advance payment for gas, water, electricity, and internet. (photos 5–6)
The security deposit is one month’s rent.

Availability and lease term:
The rooms are available immediately. The lease agreement is for an indefinite term.
