Huize Ouleh is looking for two new roommates!
(Female, sorry, no international students)

Starting in mid-August (Room 1) and starting in September (Room 2), two rooms will become available in our cozy student house on Meeuwerderbaan in Groningen. The rooms are 16 m² (Room 1) and 14.5 m² (Room 2); both have their own sink, and Room 1 has a loft bed.

The rent is €465 (Room 1) and €450 (Room 2) excluding utilities; add about €90 for gas, water, electricity, and internet. We share the bathroom, shower, and kitchen.

We also have a sunny little backyard where we often hang out together in the summer, and you can walk straight into the Zuiderplantsoen from our front door! Euroborg is also within walking distance, where we sometimes go for picnics or swimming.

You’ll be living with two guys. We’re both third-year students, nearing the end of our studies (philosophy & physical therapy). We mostly do our own thing, but we also like to organize activities—like eating together, going to a festival, or having a regular house night every other week.

We’re looking for two girls who want to actively participate in house life. We plan to schedule regular house nights or times to eat together, and we also enjoy doing spontaneous things together.
