Looking for a Roommate!💗💗

We’re looking for a roommate for our cozy little house on Paterswoldseweg (female, 18+).
A room will become available starting September 1, and the rent is €425 per month, all-inclusive.

The room is 11 m² and has a built-in closet and a sink with a mirror.
The closet, curtains, bathroom cabinet, window screen, and mirror must be taken over.

The house has a bathroom, toilet, entryway, kitchen, and a balcony that you’ll share with two other roommates.

- The house is a 7-minute bike ride from the train station.
- The Overwinningsplein shopping center is just around the corner (with a Jumbo, Hema, Kruidvat, etc.)
- Bus stops are right across from the house

You’ll be living with Linn (19) and Sanne (18). We both have our own lives in Groningen, but we enjoy eating together when it works out. We don’t have any obligations or mandatory house nights, but it might be fun to have a house night a bit more often in the future☺️

We’re looking for a fun, friendly, and tidy girl who’s already established a bit of a life of her own in Groningen.
