I am looking for a new flatmate from the 1st of July.

I am looking for a long term housemate (+6 months), or for a short term without registration.

House is 95 sqm located in New West 2min from Sierplein.

Look like a graffiti gallery, calm area, with a garden, all furnished, small storage room, parking available in the street.

Smoking is not permitted in common areas.

Toilets and Bathroom are separated.

Room #1 :

Room fully furnished available for 1 person.

1250/month - about 13sqm - 1st floor - Street view.

The room is designed like a small studio, with a couch, a TV, table, storages, new bed.

Mattress, blankets, pillows are brand new.

Can smoke weed in the room but no cigarettes!

Including : Water / Gas / Electricity / super fast internet Ethernet Cable + Wifi

Room #2 :

Room fully furnished available for 1 person.

1350/month - about 14sqm - 1st floor - Garden view.

New Bed Frame included for 160*200- NO MATTRESS

1 drawer - MALM Ikea

No need for multiple rent in advance

Must be responsible, have a job, respectful.
