Seeking a responsible, tidy roommate for a spacious 22 m² room in a bright 126 m² apartment near Gaasperplas. In addition to your own room, there are several other spaces available for you to use as you wish.

Rent: €1,100 per month, including gas, water, and electricity

Security deposit: 1 month’s rent

Location: Amsterdam Zuidoost

Available: upon agreement

You’ll share, among other things, a large kitchen-diner, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a rooftop terrace, and a storage room. The metro, shops, Gaasperplas, and Gaasperpark are within walking distance.
