URGENT – Temporary Sublet Available for July

I am urgently looking for a reliable tenant to sublet my apartment for the month of July. The apartment is located in Geuzenveld (Amsterdam Nieuw-West), close to Sloterplas and within walking distance of shops and public transport.

The apartment is spacious and bright, approximately 90m², and features two bedrooms and two balconies. It will be rented unfurnished. Depending on the arrangement, I may be able to leave a few items behind, but the apartment will generally be empty.

My boyfriend and I have been assigned a new home together starting July 1st. As a result, we are temporarily facing overlapping housing costs (his,mine and the new house), which is why I am looking to sublet my apartment for one month.

The rent is €1200 for the month of July.
