**Looking for a Roommate! **🏡** (August 1, 2026, through April 30, 2027)**

Hi, room seeker! (23+, Dutch-speaking M/F)

Starting **August 1**, we’re looking for a friendly new roommate for a temporary period through **April 30, 2027**. Applications are now being accepted.

You’ll be living in a spacious and super-cozy apartment next to the RAI station. The apartment has a large shared living room, a spacious kitchen, a bathroom with a tub, and a balcony. We think it’s important to keep the place neat and clean, so we’re looking for someone who values that too.

The room is **16 m²**, is rented **unfurnished**, and costs **€1,000 per month, all-inclusive**.

You’ll be living with three roommates aged 24 or 25, all of whom are either finishing their studies or have just started working. We’re a quiet, friendly household where we regularly cook together, play games, or watch a TV series on the couch in the evenings. On the weekends, we also enjoy heading into town every now and then, grabbing a seat on a terrace for an Aperol Spritz, or doing something else fun. During the week, we all have a fairly set routine, so we’re looking for someone who feels comfortable with that and fits in well with our vibe.

We’re looking for someone who:
* is 23 years old or older;
* speaks Dutch;
* is still enrolled in school through April 2027.

The house-warming party will take place on **Wednesday, July 22**, so please only apply if you’re available that evening.
