Flatmate wanted for apartment in Zuid-Oost
Hello all! I am looking for a person to rent an apartment together in Zuid-Oost, in the heart of Bijlmerplein.

The Apartment

-It is 76m2 in the 6th floor

-One spacious living room, kitchen, bathroom, and 2 bedrooms

-Rent is €1,100 (excl.), the amount could be a bit lower or higher depending on the new contract with the landowner.

-Available from 1st of August

-Registration possible

-Pets unfortunately not welcome

I am an Ecuadorian young professional living already 4 years in Amsterdam. I am very flexible and social and usually work 3-4 days in the office and practice different sports, so I am out every day but I’m glad to share coffee or dinner anytime. Preferably, you are in the same life stage.

Requirements

-Job contract (1 year or unlimited)

-Salary 3 times the rent cost

-Valid visa and work permits
