Starting Saturday, August 8, I’m looking for a female roommate for the long term (30+, working, no pets)!

• 📍 Bos en Lommer (Admiraal de Ruijterweg)

• 🛏️ 20 m² + 6 m² (your own living room and a separate bedroom)

• 💰 €1,100 per month all-inclusive (including taxes) + €1,450 security deposit + one-time contract administration fee

• 🛁 Shared bathroom + 🍽️ (dining) kitchen + balcony

• 🐶 A toy poodle named Frenkie (3.5)

Be sure to check out the photo showing the old decor—the current roommate was barely there, so the atmosphere isn’t very inviting right now, but these are really two super cozy rooms!

✨ About Me

You’ll be living with me: a 32-year-old working woman with a small dog. My partner is often around, but we mostly hang out in my own living room.

I appreciate a good time but am also perfectly comfortable on my own—I don’t need a super social roommate.

I do want someone who communicates well—this isn’t a mansion, so we both need to feel comfortable here.

Having a cozy meal together is welcome, and a glass of wine is always nice! But I’m also perfectly fine doing my own thing around the house and going about our separate lives from time to time, as long as we keep communicating!
