🏠LONGTERM HOUSEMATE WANTED in ✨De Baarsjes✨ [Send email]
I’m moving out, so I’m looking for a working professional to take over my room in De Baarsjes, from August (we can agree on the exact dates).

The price for the room is €1350 excl. utilities. Utilities (gas, electricity, internet, water) currently run around €80 p.p. Registration is possible. Gross monthly salary should be at least 3x the rent.

The house is in a calm area yet close to the best spots in Oud-West. There is a huge balcony facing west for cozy summer sunsets.

The room is about 11 m2 and comes furnished with a bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. A small desk + chair can also fit.

You’ll be living with Briana (26), an outgoing and sociable Italian girl who works at an NGO in Rotterdam. She enjoys working out, spontaneous hangouts, and I couldn’t be happier with such a flatmate!
