# **Looking for a new, friendly roommate (female, 30+)! Amsterdam East, 11 m², €845 all-inclusive, starting in August, indefinite term**

A room (11m2) is becoming available in our spacious shared apartment (120m2) in Amsterdam East.

The apartment has two floors, with four bedrooms (three rented out, one guest room and/or storage room 🙃), a living room + sunroom, and a spacious dining room.

A spacious bathroom and a separate toilet.

The neighborhood is super quiet and the view is fantastic 🌇

The house is fully furnished; we recently bought some new items together (just my luck!). For this, we’re asking for a one-time contribution of €250.

The kitchen and bathroom were recently renovated (2025).

Long story short:

- Starting in August, for an indefinite period

- 11 m²

- €845, all-inclusive

- One-time security deposit of €845

- Registration possible

You’ll be living with two lovely working women (both researchers, in their early 30s), who are always on the go and love the city.

We’re looking for a friendly woman who also works, is around 30 years old, speaks Dutch, and plans to stay here for a while!

Note: The common language in the house is English, since one of us doesn’t speak Dutch.
