Located in the charming “De Oosterpoort” neighborhood, close to downtown and 15 minutes from Zernike, is a student house (upstairs apartment) with 3 student rooms (2 for girls & 1 for a boy) and a common area (7.5 m²). Both girls’ rooms are available for rent as of July 16.

The apartment has been fully renovated and insulated (energy label B), and new electrical wiring is being installed. The finishing touches are currently being made, and a new kitchen and washing machine will be installed by the end of August.

The room is located in the attic and has two skylights and a dormer window. There is a small sink on the landing next to the room. The room has new laminate flooring, and sheer curtains are being installed.

Across from this room is the common area (see last photo). The common area will be furnished by the end of August.

Kitchen amenities include a built-in refrigerator, a combination oven, a 4-burner gas stove, a washing machine, and a vacuum cleaner.
